Understand quotes, reservations, confirmed failures, and uncertain provider responses before you create. The steps below are a starting framework: use them to make one clear decision at a time, then review the actual output.

STEP 01

Before a request is submitted

The studio calculates a quote from the selected model and supported options. The server independently checks the request, the account, and the balance. An option without a configured price cannot submit a paid generation. Live generation remains unavailable until the production service is enabled.

STEP 02

When a task begins

The quoted credits are reserved when a task is created. The reservation and task are recorded together. A request key helps prevent a repeated click or network retry from reserving a second amount for the same attempt.

STEP 03

When the provider confirms failure

If the provider confirms that a task failed, the reserved credits are returned once. Your task history shows the final status. The refund covers a failed provider job; it is different from a creative result that finished but did not match the prompt.

STEP 04

When the outcome is uncertain

A network interruption can make it unclear whether the provider accepted the task. VideoNira holds that task for review rather than sending it again automatically. This protects the account from a duplicate provider charge.

STEP 05

Before you try again

Read the final task status and the shown quote. If a result finished, review the preview and update one prompt or setting. If a task is under review, wait for the recorded outcome before starting a replacement.
