Account and creation data

VideoNira stores your name, email, authentication records, uploaded images, prompts, generation task status and credit activity. Session cookies support signing in. The current site does not include advertising trackers.

Service providers

When enabled, generation inputs are sent to API Mart. Existing KIE tasks may still be reconciled. Stripe processes subscription payments; card details are not stored by this application. Email delivery uses Resend. Production media storage uses a private Cloudflare R2 bucket.

Private access

Uploaded inputs and generated outputs require account authorization. A temporary signed URL lets the generation provider access an input image. This access is necessary to run image-to-video tasks.

Retention and requests

The preview keeps account and task history until an operator removes it. Self-service deletion is not implemented. Production launch requires a documented process for access, export and deletion requests.
